Turkey's that Gracie and I made for everyone! It was fun and she did such a good job helping with them!We had a great Thanksgiving and got to spend it with family and friends! We stopped off at St. Louis to see some friends of ours and stayed the night with them. Such a fun time, they took us to see the Lady of the Snows, in Belleville, Il...I've never seen so many lights in place before! They had donkey and camel rides and the kids choose the donkey.
After the donkey ride we went indoors and ate a nice dinner, saw the Christmas Tree display room and then we moved onto the Children's Village. The Children's Village was so fun, they had a cute puppet show, the kids got to color and make their own buttons, make their own angel ornaments, and put together their own Nativity (a.k.a Activity set by Gracie).
Thank you Mary, Joe and Barkley for your hospitality and for taking us, we had a blast and we can't wait to go again!
Thanksgiving Day we drove south to my parents house and had Thanksgiving dinner with everyone. It was so yummy. We had a nice visit and I got up the next morning and went Black Friday shopping with my sister, we should of taken some pictures of us to document our day...it was so much fun and I am looking forward to the next Black Friday!!! My surprise 30th Birthday party...I was tricked into getting out of the house for my brother's photo shoot and while we were out taking pictures my family threw together a very special party for me...the whole family helped on it. Talk about feeling loved!!! :) I love you guys so much and miss you all so much everyday. You don't know how much you mean to me!!
