Welcome to our family page...the Webb family adventures. I like to use the word adventures, because life is an adventure itself and everything we do is an adventure and we make it fun and family oriented. Your welcome to follow along and see what we have been up to and I will try to update often. God Bless!

This blogger turned 30!

Well I am the big 3-0 now! Normally this bothers people, but it didn't really bother me at all. I just look around and I am thankful to be alive, have wonderful family and friends. To thankful that we have good health, a nice place to live and most importantly God in our lives! Everyone asked me if I was bothered by turning thirty and I replied "No, that I read an email one that said you should just be thankful that God gave you another year to live"! How true is that?! If you think about it that way then it's not so bad at all. Anyways, I had a wonderful birthday Nov. 11th (like I said, I am behind on my blog!) and wonderful friends that came over to help celebrate with me and a special dinner cooked by my hubby! My favorite...Mexican food. He's a good cook, and yes I'll hire him out for a certain price! Haha. Back to my birthday...this year (since I was turning 30) I knew I wanted a special cake, I had been wanting to try making a fondant cake forever! I would see all the cute ones online & on the cakes shows on TLC and I wanted one! So I drew out several cake plans (I do this with all my cakes) and settled on this one, my daughter Gracie thought it was horrible that I was making my own birthday cake, but explained to her that I was very happy to make my own since I had been wanting to try to make this fondant cake. Here is a picture of the finished product!
